Dr. Misch has a strong commitment to the advancement of patient care through education. Our continuing education courses on Advanced Bone Grafting for Dental Implants was created to provide a source of the most recent updates and techniques in ridge augmentation procedures. This is a surgical mini-residency offering intense training designed to give doctors already familiar with implant surgery added options, sophistication and confidence in managing the patient with advanced atrophy.
